The actress, who once had the 62-year-old actor's first name tattooed on her upper arm in a heart shape, was spotted out and about in Los Angeles this week. She was wearing a black tank top which let her display the new tattoo. She no longer has the heart-shaped tattoo formerly carved onto her skin; now, her arm is inked with the names of her children Alexander, Stella, Dakota, and Jesse. Only a trace of her previous heart tattoo was apparent beneath the design of the new ink in a unique crossword puzzle pattern, as per Daily Mail.
She gave birth to her oldest child, Alexander, and became a mother for the first time when she was 28.
