Will Lori Vallow be released on parole? JJ Vallow's grandmother fears 'cult mom' will be allowed to go free like Leslie Van Houten

IDAHO COUNTY, IDAHO: 'Cult mom' Lori Vallow's slain son Jaxon 'JJ' Vallow's grandmother, Kay Woodcock, expressed her strong disapproval regarding the release of former Manson Family member, Leslie Van Houten, who served over 50 years in prison. Woodcock who slammed the release of Van Houten fears that Vallow who killed her son, JJ, might share the same fate.

Van Houten, now 73, was convicted in 1971 for her involvement in the brutal slayings of Leno, 44, and Rosemary LaBianca, 38, in 1969 when she was just 19 years old. Houten also admitted to stabbing Rosemary even after she died. Woodcock wrote, "The LaBiancas didn't get to have a life or enjoy family or receive letters, or have a nice meal, or feel the sun on their face. But no one cares." "No one remembers the victims, only the murderers," she further added as per The US Sun.

'Years from now will she be released? Very concerning!'

Woodcock's remarks came in response to retired FBI agent Jennifer Coffindaffer's condemnation of Van Houten's release, dismissing various justifications offered by others. "It’s very concerning if I pass away before Lori Daybell that JJ Tylee & Tammy Daybell murders will be forgotten. She [Lori] will prob be model inmate, be preaching to other inmates. Years from now will she be released? Very concerning!! It shouldn’t be a concern."

Will Lori Vallow be released on parole?

Lori Vallow, the mother of JJ Vallow and Tylee Ryan, 16, was found guilty in May of their deaths. The children went missing in September 2019, and their charred remains were discovered on a farm in Idaho belonging to Vallow's fifth husband, Chad Daybell. Vallow was also convicted of conspiring to murder Tammy, Chad's ex-wife.

Kay and Larry Woodcock, JJ's grandparents, were present throughout Vallow's five-week trial and expressed their gratitude towards the jurors upon hearing the guilty verdict. Larry, at a loss for words, said, "I wanna personally thank and personally hug every one of those jurors. What they went through — what they saw is mind-boggling. I hope that nobody ever has to go through this — I hope nobody ever has to see and hear the details of what happened to JJ, to Tylee, and to Tammy."

The Woodcocks, along with Jerry Woodcock, JJ's great uncle, voiced their relief and satisfaction with the outcome, emphasizing that justice had been served. "They got the b***h," he exclaimed. Although it remains uncertain how long Vallow will remain in jail, her sentencing is expected at the end of the month.
