Tate humorously alluded to their well-known Oscars 2022 incident and even mentioned August Alsina, Jada's former partner, in his taunt.

Tate has gained notoriety for his habit of calling out celebrities on the 'X' platform, often sharing remarks that tend to generate significant discussions on social media.

In the post, Putnam shared what he claimed to be false information, asserting that Jada had been selected to portray the character of Rapunzel in the forthcoming live-action adaptation of 'Tangled'.

Putnam further highlighted Jada's experience with alopecia, and deemed the casting choice ironic.

Tate responded with a playful dig, referring to the memorable Oscars 2022 incident. He suggested that August Alsina, Jada's alleged former romantic interest, might take offense at Putnam's comments.
