EVANSVILLE, INDIANA: '1000-lb Sisters' star Tammy Slaton's husband Caleb Willingham tragically died on June 30, 2023. However, a recent report suggested that Caleb's passing was "natural" and caused by a medical problem.

Caleb was found unresponsive at Ohio's Windsor Lane Health Care and Rehabilitation Center, RadarOnline recently revealed. The reports suggested that paramedics and Gibsonburg Fire were the first responders who arrived at the scene prior to police.

After Willingham lost consciousness, medical personnel attempted CPR on him but were unable to revive him. The police report obtained by the outlet suggested, "The death was then turned over to the Sandusky County Coroner's office due to the EMS Captain being unable to make contact with the patient's personal physician."

The report further revealed that there was no evidence of foul play or criminal activity, adding, "This death investigation is concluded by this department."
