LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: In a settlement to put to rest the dispute over Lisa Marie's Graceland estate with her granddaughter Riley Keough, Priscilla Presley has lost a burial spot next to Elvis Presley. Keough and Presley reached a settlement in court on Tuesday as they both expect to move on without any more "drama."
Even though Priscilla, 77, is getting millions to drop claims over Lisa's trust, TMZ reported she wanted a burial spot next to her ex-husband Elvis Presley over money. "She lost out on one of her big asks ... being buried next to "The King,"' a source with direct knowledge told TMZ.

Elvis is buried in Graceland, his Memphis estate, but his mother and father's gravesites already sit adjacent to him so someone would have to move if Priscilla is to be given a spot. “Although I don’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon. It is my family’s and my wish for me to be laid to rest with my daughter and the love of my life when that time comes. We appreciate the love from all of the fans," Priscilla told the publication. The report, citing the sources, said that Priscilla's request was a non-starter and she backed down without much discussion.
“They have reached a settlement. Families are happy,” Priscilla’s lawyer, Ronsen Shamoon announced outside the courthouse on Tuesday. “Everyone is happy. Unified and together and excited for the future.” Keough’s attorney Justin Gold said, “[Riley] would not have agreed to the settlement if she was not happy with it.”
'She doesn't want any drama with her grandmother'
Lisa Marie, 54, Elvis Presley's only child died suddenly in January. People reported citing a source, "Riley is relieved to have settled the dispute over her mom's estate. She doesn't want any drama with her grandmother. She was hoping they could reach a settlement quickly. Riley is still grieving her mother," the source said, adding, "It's been very tough for her. She wants to focus on making memories with her own daughter now. This is her priority."
The legal battle started when Priscilla petitioned a court in Los Angeles to challenge the veracity of the 2016 amendment to Lisa Marie's will. Riley and Lisa Marie's late son Benjamin was given control of the trust which included Graceland and a 15% stake in Elvis Presley Enterprises (EPE) which together brought in an estimated $110 million in 2022. It had also removed Priscilla and Lisa Marie's former business manager Barry Siegel as cotrustees.
