Political commentator Destiny shares how Pokimane could have dealt with critics amid Myna Snacks' controversy

LOS ANGELES, CA: Everyone, including Steven, also known as Destiny, has been discussing about Pokimane's Myna Snacks controversy. Even though xQc had encouraged him to voice his viewpoint on a recent Kick broadcast, he didn't hesitate to express how ridiculous he thought the entire situation was when asked.

The political pundit claimed that he was too preoccupied with studying the history of Israel and Palestine to be concerned with trivial matters like Pokimane's cookies.

Destiny addresses Pokimane's controversy

When asked, Destiny became agitated over the subject for a short while. Whether it was sincere or not, the streamer shared his thoughts on what Pokimane ought to have told her audience when the pricing dispute started.

“What she should have said, was, ‘If you can’t afford my cookies, why are you watching my stream, you broke motherf****s,’” he said.

In another live stream video uploaded on Youtube by Polymath titled "Destiny take on pokimane cookies", the political commentator said that the cookies tend to be expensive because it is like fan merch since they are being sold by a famous streamer.

Internet reacts to Destiny's statement

Several people commented on the video mentioned above.

A user wrote, "I mean yeah, this is the correct that the cookies are literally just like any other merch and made to support the creator. The issue is she went on a whole moralistic tirade on how she spent 2 years developing these to solve a problem, that there wasn't any healthy snacks that tasted good around."

The user added, "She just rebranded a previous cookie, added a tiny bit of vitamin D, and marked the price 2.5x higher to earn a hefty profit margin on them. Would not be a problem if she didn't virtue signal and circle jerk the product to hell."

Another user wrote, "The problem is in her announcement video she markets the cookies as like a new health product with vitamin D that is healthy as opposed to streamer merch just for her fans."
