AUSTIN, TEXAS: It looks like rapper and singer Jelly Roll's appearance on the 'Joe Rogan Experience' podcast has left a long-lasting impression on host Joe Rogan.

Joe Rogan has continued to discuss his admiration for the country music artist's music and message after featuring him on his show.

In episode #2068 of the 'JRE' podcast, Rogan hosted renowned bowhunter and endurance athlete Cameron Hanes.

Throughout their conversation, they extensively praised Jelly Roll's storytelling prowess and his unrestrained genius for crafting narrative songs.

Joe Rogan and Cameron Hanes praise Jelly Roll's music skills

During the podcast conversation about Jelly Roll, Joe Rogan remarked, "You can’t fake that kind of authenticity. What that guy is, is authentic….This m**********r can sing."

After listening to a snippet of 'Need A Favor', both Rogan and Hanes continued to compliment the musician for his skill in expressing universally relatable ideas.

Rogan exclaimed, "God damn, that guy’s good. That’s real….that’s a real dude."

Agreeing with Rogan, Hanes added, "There is just no denying that talent, the storytelling. It’s like a storytelling attribute, but the voice itself and how he delivers it. And then, on top of it, the lyrics, so you put that all together, and you get something magic… like Jelly Roll."

He added, "I think a lot of people can identify that nobody’s praying when things are going great, or not nobody, but most people don’t. They’re like, 'God, please give me another chance' when something’s f*****d up. That’s why that song is so powerful to me because that’s me."

They discussed Jelly Roll's history, including his time spent in prison, and emphasized how his ability to overcome challenging circumstances has enabled him to connect with a diverse audience.

While Jelly Roll's past might discourage the average spectator from exploring his music, those who choose not to engage are the ones missing out.

Another fan mentioned, "I bought one of jellies first records from him when he was selling them out of his truck I'm so proud of him and absolutely love him for who he is."

Thanks for your positive vibe in a crazy world."
