Recent tweets from Speed vividly illustrate the extent of the agony he endured while grappling with the cluster headache, which left him feeling as though he were "literally" facing death.

In his recent Twitter updates, Speed provided insights into his health journey, discussing the formidable challenge posed by the intensely painful headaches. He also highlighted his heightened distress and discomfort.

One of the tweets read, "idk how i lived through that cluster headache man thank god i’m alive that s**t literally felt like death." In a subsequent tweet, he wrote, "pray my headaches doesn’t come back on thus flight," hoping that his illness was gone for good.

Speed also shared an image in which he appeared to be donning sunglasses, a face mask, and a beanie. He also sported a black jacket with the Manchester United logo and had his backpack, indicating that he was absolutely ready to return home.
