During a recent interview, the YouTuber discussed his work schedule, which surprised many of his fans. MrBeast's real name is James Stephen Donaldson, affectionately known as Jimmy Donaldson, and he rose to fame at a young age. At the age of 25, he is a multi-millionaire, and many people are inspired by the young YouTuber. MrBeast has extensively developed his YouTube empire over the last few years and his perseverance and hard work have paid off.
'The way I work, I don’t recommend
Everyone who has followed MrBeast's journey is inquisitive as to how he achieved what he wanted. The YouTuber's reaction stunned everyone when asked if he ever takes days off during an interview. When discussing his work regime, the 25-year-old YouTuber said, “So the way I like to work and I don’t recommend you guys to try this. Schedules don’t really work well for me. I am in the zone and I like to go hard. I am very obsessive."
He further added, "A lot of people will work five days a week. They won’t work on weekends, and ambitious people try to like restrain themselves and be like nope this schedule, can’t work Saturday, can’t work Sunday. That just never works for me. My natural instinct works best so I just work every day, every hour of the day until I just burn out.”
The YouTuber has 172 million subscribers on his YouTube channel, and his videos always draw a lot of attention. He is also among the wealthiest self-made YouTubers. According to reports, MrBeast is also well-known among children. Many people like his work, and he is continually striving to reach out to everyone through his videos. The content creator also expressed gratitude, making his fans feel appreciated and valued, when he reached 100 million members in July 2022.
'My videos don't make money'
According to the 25-year-old content creator, "I appreciate every single one of you that watches the videos. This is literally all I’ve ever done with my life... All I do is wake up every day and obsess over how to make the best videos possible. That's all I care about. It's the only thing that's ever made me happy."
MrBeast is continually seeking to develop something new that will please his audience. The proceeds of the YouTuber are also donated to charity. MrBeast teamed up with fellow YouTuber Mark Rober to raise $30 million for TeamSeas, an ocean cleanup initiative aimed at removing 30 million pounds of debris from the seas.
MrBeast said during ‘The Colin and Samir Show’, “My videos don't make money. Even when I do a brand deal on a video, I still lose money. I lose like over a million dollars a video.” MrBeast, a rising star, is struggling with advertising costs and the difficulty of negotiating reasonable arrangements for his films. He spends up to $4 million on a single picture.
Despite his popularity, Mr. Beast has been chastised for failing to invest in content, create employment, and create original films for fans.
