BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: The legal saga involving Andrew Tate saw a new development when a fan shared an update about DIICOT (Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism) in Bucharest having filed an appeal in the Romanian court to reverse the decision that permitted Andrew and his brother Tristan Tate to travel within Romania.

Since December 2022, the ongoing legal battle has been marked by persistent efforts by Andrew and Tristan Tate to reclaim their assets.

Despite continuous appeals to the Bucharest Court, the process has faced delays, with the judge postponing the resolution.

Andrew and Tristan Tate's appeal challenged by DIICOT

The X account @TateNews_, dedicated to providing updates about Andrew and Tristan, recently shared the latest development in the legal battle involving the Tate brothers.

The post reported, "BREAKING: DIICOT have filed an appeal to overturn the judges decision to allow the Tates to travel all of Romania.

They have filed three appeals so far, They won every single one."

As a devoted fan of the brothers, the account holder conveyed heartfelt prayers for Andrew and Tristan, asking people to "Pray for the Tates."

Earlier, the Bucharest court approved Andrew and Tristan's appeal to travel for vacations, relaxing the restrictions imposed on them.

Fans say DIICOT is 'jealous' of Andrew and Tristan Tate

After fans of the Tate brothers found out about DIICOT's appeal to the Romanian court to reverse their decision regarding allowing the Tates to travel within Romania, numerous users stepped forward to share their sentiments.
