CHICAGO, ILLINOIS: Ahmo Hight, a former Ms Fitness USA winner, sadly met her untimely demise at the age of 50 due to a fall. The incident occurred when Hight slipped and hit her head while leaving a marketplace.

Surprisingly, despite the injury, she did not seek immediate medical attention.

On Tuesday morning, August 29, the fitness icon awoke without an appetite, eventually falling back to sleep and peacefully passing away around 9 am.

She leaves behind a remarkable legacy of fitness inspiration and a diverse career that encompassed a range of entertainment genres.

Pro bodybuilder Chris Cormier, who shared a son with Hight, confirmed her death to Generation Iron.

The news of the 'Real Chance of Love' contestant's passing has sent shockwaves through the fitness and entertainment communities, where she was well-known and admired.

Medical professionals believe that a blood clot stemming from the initial injury may have been the underlying cause of Ahmo Hight's death.

Who is Ahmo Hight?

Hight was not just another fitness model; she was a pioneer in the industry.

She achieved fame by winning the Ms Fitness USA Western States Division tournament and the Ms Fit Body Bay Area competition in 1994.

These victories catapulted her into a modeling career that spanned decades, gracing the pages of fitness and muscle magazines.

Beyond the world of fitness, Hight ventured into the entertainment industry. Under the pseudonym Amy Hight, she appeared in several made-for-video films, primarily in the softcore porn genre.

Her versatility as a performer allowed her to explore different aspects of entertainment.

Ahmo Hight's reality TV stardom

Hight also made her mark on reality television. She participated in the reality series 'Real Chance of Love' where 17 women competed for the affection of brothers Ahmad and Kamal Givens.

On the show, she adopted the nickname 'Milf,' and her presence added to the show's intrigue, which premiered in October 2008.

Although she made it to the top three contestants, her journey on the show ended in the penultimate episode.

The Chicago-born is a mother to a son who is around 24 years old, and the father is Cormier, a retired American bodybuilder who participated in the IFBB.

Ahmo Hight's journey from schoolgirl gymnast to fitness icon

Hight's impressive physique was the result of dedication and rigorous training. She began daily gymnastics training as a schoolgirl, setting the stage for her later achievements in fitness competitions and modeling.

In an interview with Ironman magazine in 1996, she reflected on her training, emphasizing the camaraderie of her gymnastics experience.

"We trained every day after school. It was more [like] family," she said. "The training was so much more elite there than what I was doing at the local community gym."
